("PLÉTORA"), domiciled at 13 de Septiembre, 22-2, Escandón, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, 11800, in its capacity as the party responsible for the processing of your Personal Data (as defined below), makes this privacy notice (the "Privacy Notice") available to you in accordance with the Federal Law of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the "Law"), its Regulations (the "Regulations") and the Privacy Notice Guidelines (the "Guidelines"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, PLÉTORA may use them in its commercial relationships with its suppliers for the benefit of its operation and its customers.

PLÉTORA is a company legally incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States and whose main activity is the agricultural production, and the transformation of products and their commercialization.

Purpose

We inform you that your personal data will be used for the purpose of carrying out the operations inherent to our business, as well as any activity derived from the existing legal relationship or that may come to exist between you and PLÉTORA, including

- identification and verification of the identity of current or potential customers,
- offering our products, promotions and events,
- delivery of information and products purchased,
- conducting market research and analysis to know the consumption preferences of our current or potential customers and to generate statistical reports,
- to know the consumption patterns or trends in the consumer segment of our products,
- answering doubts, complaints and suggestions or any procedure related to your purchase,
- payment invoicing,
- processing of electronic purses and gift certificates,
- identify your purchase history,
- to conduct surveys on the quality of our services,
- to comply with applicable laws, as well as requirements of federal and local authorities, and to provide services by PLM to you.

Limitation of use and disclosure of information

At any time, you may limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data by sending an e-mail to the address mentioned in the previous section.

We inform you that your Personal Data will be safeguarded at all times, ensuring at all times, the confidentiality and privacy of the same, adhering at all times to the provisions of the Law, its Regulations and Guidelines.

Information provided by the user

In order to carry out the Purposes described in this privacy notice, PLÉTORA may collect the following personal data (the "Personal Data") in various ways through its Internet portal at www.pletoracafe.com (the "Portal"), namely:

Cell phone and/or landline phone
E-mail address
Bank account
Credit/debit card number

Transfer of personal data

PLÉTORA undertakes not to transfer, share or transmit your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except when:

- the transfer is required by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in your interest with a key supplier or company for the provision of the service,
- when the transfer is between our subsidiaries, affiliates and/or our parent company,
- where the transfer is necessary for the performance or maintenance of a legal relationship between you and PLÉTORA
- in the event of a merger or sale of all or part of the company.

In the event of any transfer of personal data to any third party, we inform you that such third parties assume the same obligations and responsibilities assumed by PLÉTORA, in terms of this Privacy Notice.

Security Measures

All information and personal data that you provide through the various forms on the Portal are duly protected from professional third parties hired by us under various security protocols in order to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and to ensure that they are strictly used for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

At the time of purchasing online, bank details will be requested for which we offer security and confidentiality of the data you provide.

Cookies

PLÉTORA will obtain part of the user's Personal Data through cookies, cookies being understood as data files that store information on the hard disk of computer equipment when browsing a specific Internet site, which allows for the exchange of status information between said site and the user's browser.

The next time you enter the Portal we may use the information stored in the cookie for the sole purpose of facilitating the use of our website. The user agrees to receive the cookies transmitted by PLÉTORA's servers.

Exercise of ARCO Rights

You may exercise, in person or by duly authorized representative, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your Personal Data ("ARCO Rights"), limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data, as well as revoke the consent granted for the processing thereof. For this purpose, you or your representative may request PLÉTORA, by e-mail to the address mentioned above, the delivery of a form in which you confirm your decision to exercise your ARCO Rights, accompanied by the following documentation or digitized information: (i) document proving your identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of whoever is acting on your behalf; (ii) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO Rights; (iii) any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data; (iv) clearly indicate whether the request is for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of the Personal Data; and (f) the reason for the request.

PLÉTORA undertakes to respond to your request within 10 (ten) business days following the date on which the request was received. It will be understood that the request has been received on the day your request is acknowledged by e-mail sent to your e-mail address. The deadline may be extended by 5 (five) working days depending on the circumstances of the case.

The resolution adopted will be communicated to you by means of an e-mail sent to the e-mail address used by the user to promote the request before PLÉTORA.

In case you wish to exercise your right of access to your Personal Data, the requested information will be provided by means of an e-mail to the address you used to make the request. Likewise, in case PLÉTORA does not have the requested information, such circumstance will be made known to you through the means of communication referred to in this paragraph.

Likewise, we inform you that you may initiate the ARCO Rights Protection procedure, before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data ("INAI"), within 15 days from the date on which the responsible party gives an answer to your request and it is not satisfactory, or if after the term indicated, the responsible party does not give an answer to your request.

Changes in the privacy notice

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in order to comply with new legislation or jurisprudence, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products and market practices. The changes referred to in this section will be published within the Portal.

In case you do not agree with the modifications that may be presented, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data. In this regard, you should send an e-mail to the address mentioned above.

If in any case you consider that your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you have the right to go to the corresponding authority to defend its exercise. The authority is the INAI, its web site is: www.ifai.gob.mx

Consent

PLÉTORA's processing of your Personal Data will be subject to your express or tacit consent to the use of your Personal Data in accordance with the Purposes. For the purposes of the Law, its Regulations and the Guidelines, tacit consent is understood as the user's non-opposition to the collection, use, disclosure or transfer at the time the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice are made known to the user.

In accordance with the above, we inform you that you have the right to revoke your consent at any time, for which you must send an email to the address referred to in paragraph (a) above. In the event that you wish to revoke your consent, regardless of the form in which it was given, you must attach to the email the documents referred to in the first paragraph of section (g) above.

In this regard, PLÉTORA undertakes to respond to your request by e-mail sent to the address used by the user within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) working days, which may be extended for a period not exceeding 5 (five) working days in cases where it is difficult to locate the user's Personal Data due to circumstances beyond PLÉTORA's control.
